Pathways to care has been incredible in assisting us in urgent Care and transport.

This came during a time where they really had no notice and I needed support with both of my children. There was an incident with one of my children during the shift and when I got a call at the end from the owner directly to ask how the shift had went, which I was very impressed by. She offered to put a let it together describing what had happened in the incident, so I had this to send to the ndis.

I can’t think Payal Patel enough and as a mom of two neurodivergent boys, and as a behavior practitioner I was very impressed.

Looking forward to working with the more in the future.

Our family is genuinely very grateful that we found PathWays2Care. Very happy with Support workers and Payal is very professional, positive with a can do attitude. Also experienced. My daughter with special needs responds very well well with her which is a big thing and look forward to continuing with Pathways2Care and again very grateful.

I have been under care for just on 38 yrs, & in all those years, i have not had care from any care provider like Pathways2Care, but i wish with all my heart, i did, as i have only been looked after by Pathway2Care for 3 weeks & i feel like a king ! The manager Payal, goes beyond, to care for me, & the worker Joanne, is just an Angel !

I do not hesitate to give them both 40 out of 10, perfection all the way !

I am just wishing to convey both my mother and my appreciation for the efforts made by Payal (Director) and of course Wayne for this work now being completed. Wayne (Handyman) who also displayed a very courteous and professional manner.To complete the job, Wayne was prompt and thorough. Mum is very grateful that she now has the hand rails to support her more safely in the bathroom to help maintain her independence and improved safety when completing her personal care. Sincere thanks for turning up and completing the work as discussed on time and within the discussed budget 👍
